  Bollywood's latest release, "Shaitaan," starring renowned actors Ajay Devgn and R. Madhavan, has taken the box office by storm. The film, which hit screens last Friday, has garnered widespread praise and remarkable earnings within just two days of its release.

According to the latest report from sacnilk.com, "Shaitaan" raked in a staggering 14.75 crores on its opening day. Building on this impressive start, the film continued its winning streak, adding another 18.75 crores to its collection on the second day. As of now, the total box office earnings stand at a whopping 33.5 crores.

Not limited to domestic success, "Shaitaan" is also making waves globally. The film has amassed approximately 47.9 crores in just two days at the worldwide box office. With such promising figures, industry insiders predict that "Shaitaan" is poised to cross the half-century mark in worldwide earnings.

Directed by Vikas Bahl, "Shaitaan" is a remake of the popular Gujarati film "Vash," directed by Krishnadev Yagnik and released last year. Alongside R. Madhavan, the star-studded cast includes Jyothika, Angad Raj, and Janaki Bodiwala.

The storyline of "Shaitaan" revolves around themes of black magic and vashikaran, focusing on a family entangled in the sinister web of a man named Vanraj, who practices dark arts to manipulate a young girl.
