MLA Ganpat Gaikwad's Wife Steps into Political Arena Amidst Controversy

Ulhasnagar:
In the midst of a tumultuous legal battle surrounding her husband, MLA Ganpat Gaikwad, Sulabha Gaikwad has stepped into the political spotlight, inaugurating several development projects in Ulhasnagar.

The backdrop to this sudden political activity is the incarceration of MLA Ganpat Gaikwad, who finds himself behind bars in connection with a shooting incident involving Shiv Sena's Shinde faction's Kalyan East City Chief Mahesh Gaikwad and his associates. Additionally, Gaikwad's longtime associate, Vaibhav Gaikwad, remains at large, seeking bail in the same case.

Despite the legal challenges faced by her husband, Sulabha Gaikwad took it upon herself to oversee the inauguration of three development projects in Ulhasnagar. These projects, funded by MLA Ganpat Gaikwad, mark a significant investment in the community's infrastructure.

MLA Ganpat Gaikwad's absence due to his imprisonment had raised questions about the continuity of development initiatives in the region. However, Sulabha Gaikwad's proactive involvement in politics has provided a sense of continuity and stability to these projects.

One such event was the groundbreaking ceremony for development works at Barrack No. 1447, located adjacent to Isardas Darbar and in front of the Ganapati Mandir in Sriram Nagar, Mahadev Chal, Satramdas. The ceremony saw the presence of prominent local figures such as Reshma Navale, Nilesh Bobde, Yogesh Mhatre, Sunil Tabekar, Bhavesh Tol, Pinky Singh, Snehal Rane, Mahesh Isardarbar, along with a large number of women from the community.

Sulabha Gaikwad's active participation in politics amidst her husband's legal troubles underscores her commitment to the welfare and development of the constituency. As MLA Ganpat Gaikwad remains embroiled in legal proceedings, Sulabha Gaikwad's emergence as a political figure offers a ray of hope for continued progress and community engagement in Ulhasnagar.
